Sterling Practice Management

1st Phase: You and your staff will fill out key questionnaires and other evaluation materials which will provide Sterling with the information necessary to best service your practice. This data will be compiled and reviewed prior to the consultant's arrival and based on these evaluated results as well as your verbal input, it will be determined what areas need immediate attention. These areas will be gone over with you prior to the consultant's arrival at your office, thus beginning the consulting process. 2nd Phase: A top consultant who has worked with many, many professionals, would arrive at your office and go over the questionnaire results with you, helping to put together a step-by-step strategy that would meet your unique need. The first day at your location would consume an estimated six to ten of the consulting hours your program would include. 3rd Phase: During day two and three your office would become a training facility where the key aspect of this management technology would be taught to your staff and you. This runs from 9am to 6pm each day ( with breaks and lunch ) and results in everyone fully understanding and able to apply the essential aspects of this management technology. Each evening, the assigned consultant may wish to meet with you privately to go over ideas, observations and results. This phase would consume the Basic Staff Hats ( courses ) that this program would include and would be delivered by your consultant, wearing the hat of a "course supervisor" during the days two and three. 4th Phase: The next three days are technically the implementation days and are spent bringing about a full implementation of what has been learned. During the evening hours you would meet with the consultant to be further trained and updated. During each day of the implementation segment the assigned consultant will need a long lunch with the entire team to discuss the exact vital steps needed to ensure success. 5th Phase: A Sterling consultant, depending on the number of remaining hours, will continue to check on your progress after the departure of the in-office specialist. This would be further backed up by everyone attending one of our week-end Practice Management Workshops. These workshops cover information vital to the full implementation and success of your program. Upon your enrollment our Client Host, will assist with the questionnaires as well as with the scheduling of our arrival to your office. Her many years with Sterling ensure that you will be worked with in a prompt and professional manner. She will also make arrangements to connect you with the Director of Client Services, who will be consulting you on your immediate needs.
