Agreed with this last review. Gary doesn't return e-mails, he answers his phone & then says he's busy & will call you back but never does! He is not responsive.

I would like to put zero stars. This agent NEVER returns phone calls. I will be calling the board to complain today and hopefully he will have to pay the fines. 4 hour rule to return phone...
