Lisa Frankel is a therapist in WLA/Santa Monica for over 25 years. She is comfortable working with diverse problems and populations. For many years, she has specialized in working with women in transition. She enjoys working with people facing life/self changes, anxiety, depression and panic, relationship issues, parenting questions, and challenges in daily living. As a writer and creative artist, she enjoys working with clients in creative fields. Her experience as a cancer survivor, multi-cultural adoptive parent & mediator/yoga practitioner enhances her work. She has many years experience with addiction recovery - including eating disorders. I work collaboratively with clients doing insight work, and cognitive behavioral work: examining thoughts, patterns and interactions, creating healthier, more empowering, nurturing alternatives. She is committed to helping clients gain self knowledge and effective life skills, and create more meaningful, juicy lives. She is also 12 step friendly.

Alann Dingle, PhD is a clinical psychologist specializing in helping children and adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Serving the South Bay since 1989, we have worked with individuals, couples and families to resolve emotional distress and improve interpersonal relationships. Common treatment issues include situational stress, family and social relationships, parenting, work and career dilemmas, grief and loss, transitions, and eating disorders. Conceptualizing from a psychodynamic perspective, we believe that short or long term therapy can increase an individual's awareness of the issues that are affecting one's goals, decisions, actions, and relationships. Utilizing various forms of evidence-based treatments (e.g., psychoeducation, crisis intervention, short-term, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and long-term therapy), we provide clarity and tools to address overwhelming or problematic situations.
