Steelhead Catering started off as Steelhead BBQ in 1999. Chef Robert Shea had a dream to provide the best BBQ in all of California. Our mobile smoke pits are Klose BBQ Pit and an Ole Hickory commercial Smoke Pit. And when you taste the foods that these Smokers produce you'll experience some of the best BBQ you've ever had.
