History

Over 10 years of experience in tutoring. Statistics Magician was founded by Dr. Yuliana (Julia) Gelb in 2013 who is a professional researcher and data analyst. For years Yuliana tutored statistics, research methods, and did data analysis (from simple to very complex analyses), using a variety of statistical softwares. Yuliana received her B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University, after which she continued her graduate work and received her M.A. and PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2013. During her years at a graduate program, Yuliana taught a data analysis (SPSS software) lab for two years in a row, and won the best teaching assistant (TA) of the year both years. She also graded yearly statistics exams, and was a statistics consultant for many dissertations. For her dissertation, she created a new construct and expanded one of the psychological theories. Yuliana also works as an independent researcher, and has 3 manuscripts in progress of publication.
