no permits so subcontractors stop working, inspector ask to talk to whoever was in charge., Larry doesn't accept responsibility for getting permits, sub 's don't get paid, owner gets sued one year...

Stay away from this guy! Hired him in May to resurface a deck with composite material including handrails. Contract said it would be substantially completed in two weeks. Ha, what a joke! Finally...
