What's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait in a big line to get your order! It would be nice to have a walk up window. It just makes sense!!!!!!!!!!

I think the video speaks for itself... how is it possible that Starbucks staff gave out a drink that looked like that? I pay for the drink wasn't free.

Rude people in drive thru and when I called to Complain the shift supervisor hung up on me! Just horrible customer service! 7-9-25
