It was so upsetting to notice the establishment was unkept, it appears to not have been cleaned for a while, countertop was greased and full of dust as well as the tables and the door glass...

The service is always great, but Starbucks - your paper lids and straws are horrendous! It's like trying to drink from a chalkboard! Please go back to plastic lids!
