Finally had a chance to try out this newer Starbucks in Oroville. Located off of olive highway and close to everything! Let's start with the positive...it is immaculate inside and outside. Nice...

Coffee was good. Atmosphere? I couldn't hear myself thinking. LOUD, noisy, and the music sucked. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'll stick to Dutch Bros TYVM.
