Asked for light ice got a snow cone . Asked for more pumps saw how many she did. Cup not full and really less drink due to all the ice I pd for a cup of $7 ice! Too busy trying to figure out how...

I literally JUST doordashed starbucks. I ordered two frappechinos. I ordered one with caramel lining the cup, which is an extra 75¢ for some reason. Guess who didn't get caramel lining the cup....

Really annoyed! This has happened on multiple occasions where the restroom is occupied for 10+ minutes and it appears that the restroom is being used by the previous person to wash up / freshen...

I will never come to this Starbucks again after what I experienced, I will I knew that woman's name but she was horrible & that drink I got tasted like water. Never ever will I come back here
