My food was fast. I ordered on the app and by the time i got there it was ready. The ice was not melted at all so that meant that it was fresh. There was quite a few people sitting down and studying.

customer service was great, but i paid $8.20 for a drink (which is fine), but i got extra ice and none of the vanilla cold foam (which i paid 1.50 for)

the matcha is nonexistent my cup was full of just milk 7 dollars for what?!?! starbucks in general has gone down hill
