They will serve you based on your tip. I did nit tip For a coffee order. Cashier provided eye signal To barista stating i did not tip and they made ne wait for 5 minutes for just black coffee.

If you're gonna close maybe put a sign on the speaker or close the drive thru so there's not a line of people waiting to order. Just a thought.
