Bad customer service, seriously stop hiring fat slow ladies here to make our beverages, they always tend to mess up our orders and most importantly ruin the experience of having good quality...

Do yourself a favor and do mobile order or drive thru. Don't get down and order. Priority is given to those orders only. I place an order at the register and it has taken 30 minutes.

Long wait...ordered a Americano and dragonfruit drink and took 17 minutes to get both drinks ...at least 6 people working .... Also I was the only person that walked up to the counter to order...
