I had not tried the cold brew at Starbucks. The vanilla foam that topped my coffee was so good! Customer service was ok. The ladies were super busy and my order did not take too long.

I tried calling to speak with someone, in regards the ice venti matcha I ordered. Once I pressed 6, the call automatically dropped. I swear I did 3 sips and the drink was gone! More ice and foam...

Tis the season for fall favorites.. London fog tea for the win to soothe my throat after the winds. Had to pick up a few gift cards as well for some thank yous later on.
