It wasn't my first bad experience at this location but it was the worst. I just put other problems down to people make mistakes. Several tablespoons of grounds in my venti cup is ridiculous

My drinks are always perfect and this is an ideal location on my way home. The staff are Auburn small town friendly. Nice ambiance to sit with friends and be cozy.

Just moved to the LOP area recently and really happy to see Starbucks . They're always friendly and do Good Work .
