We had to repeat order tons of times to the employee and the tea didn't have its sweetener. The sticker even said: 7 pumps of classic syrup(not in photo).

I ordered at the drive thru on 9/23/25 close to 4pm and the employee kept putting in the wrong items such as a size grande instead of a tall and instead of vanilla latte just caffe latte, etc....
