Stopped in today didn't know what I wanted. Batista knee exactly what to do. Made me a drink after a couple of questions and it's amazing. Thank you

Very rude I'm waiting to pay for a Starbucks cup and this girl can not even acknowledge me I have been standing here for over 6 mins. I'm not ordering anything just trying to pay for a cup Diana...

The service is very bad. One kid working. She took everyone's order before she started making any drinks. Then she had a problem with the printer. It took over 10 minutes to get a simple drink.

The employees are great. The problem is that the management staffs the Starbucks with one person to take orders and make drinks. I live in Arroyo Grande and am seeing this on a daily basis now....
