This location is in DTSA so there's always people. Fast pick up, drink made correctly, store was clean and staff was friendly.

Shocking went thru drive thru. got to the window. scanned for starts. paid and the cashier says. do you more money I dropped some of yours and now you don't have enough to cover the drink cost....

The reviews about the rude staff are all accurate. I've never seen a starbucks like this. 20 min wait time for a drink
