Would of been 5 stars ... employees awesome! Manager tried to have me add ingredients to my son's drink because it was wrong and they can't fix... threw away drink and had to buy a new one......

When you pay for a Venti, you expect to get a venti worth of drink. Where's the rest of the drink? If I wanted a grande, I would have ordered a grande. The foam doesn't even come up to the lid for...

This place closes at 9pm NOT 9:30pm... I'm here now at 8:55pm and they're already locked amd cleaning inside.

Prepare for long waits. 20 minutes for a drink. Packed with mobile orders. Maybe they are understaffed.
