The barista Esperanza is very rude. Indifferent and completely unhelpful. She needs to be either re trained or fired. No need for people like that.

Esperanza is so detailed oriented. She knows my drink when I walk up to the counter. That makes it so much more personal.

i went to this starbucks and as i kept drinking my drink it started smelling like fish at first i thought it was my friends breathe but then as i kept drinking i realized it wasn't my friend !!!...
