Poor service from baristas. Overheard them making rude comments about customers. Lots of attitude.

It says they close at 10pm, but when I walked in at 9:57 pm, they said they close at 9:55 pm and refused to take my order. That's not ok; business hours exist for a reason. Poor customer service....
