I've been here twice for dance performances, sat in both orchestra and second tier. Seats and spacing are good -- I'm not tall and my view is not blocked. Parking is mostly in nearby streets...

Absolutely beautiful inside. The microphone system was working perfectly so I could easily hear guest speakers onstage from the balcony.
