History

SJC started as a group of 6 jazz musicians at Stanford University unsatisfied with jazz opportunities on campus. Since then, SJC has grown to include hundreds of student musicians and jazz lovers and puts on the best jazz events on campus.

Specialties

SJC is Stanford's only jazz community group. We are dedicated to playing, teaching, learning, and spreading awareness about jazz.
