Owned and operated by Lobat Omidvari since 2007, Stamp of Approval has provided licensed mobile services in the San Francisco Bay Area by traveling to your office, home or any other convenient location for all your notary public and/or loan signing needs. If you wish to come to me, I am located at 499 Dale View Ave. Belmont. However, please CALL FIRST to ensure availability. New State laws by the Secretary of the State require that All Notaries take an Accredited Notary Class and Pass. I have completed the requirements and passed an extensive background check. I am commissioned by the Secretary of the State. My commission expires 06/25/2023. Pricing -- $45 Minimum for All Mobile Notaries Below does NOT include time/travel costs $15 per signature - depending on the number of notarized signatures needed. Discounts on 3 or more $125 for loan signings where printing of docs is NOT required (for a single signer) $150 for loan signings where I need to print the docs for you (for a single signer) $125 Attorney prep'd Trusts/Wills/Estate Planning docs (for a single signer)
