Opened in 1951, St. Genevieve Elementary School provides educational opportunities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school s curriculum includes math, reading, computer technology, language arts, science, social studies, music and physical education. In addition, it maintains a library and administers a religion program. St. Genevieve Elementary School operates a band, choir, and homework and chess clubs. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts meetings. It offers opportunities for students to participate in science fairs and spelling bee competitions. St. Genevieve Elementary School also serves lunch. The school is a part of St. Genevieve Parish, which provides spiritual support.
