Special Services Community Center (SSCC), established in May 1995, is a licensed provider of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) services in Fresno County, operating four sites in Clovis, Kerman, Reedley, and Selma. The organization offers a variety of programs, including Wet Reckless and First Offender programs, along with a PC-1000 Drug Diversion Home Program, servicing approximately 1,300 participants with a dedicated team of 32 employees.

As a fee-for-service organization, SSCC is not subsidized by local or state funding, and operates under Title 9 of the State Government Code of Regulations.
