Better customer service. Hairstylist who actually know what they are doing. Came for a trim and walked out chopped witha bald spot. Receptionist was rude and was telling me I needed to come back...

Don't be a chop shop where the only goal is to get me out as fast as you can. We have to live with your cut after we leave the place. I will be sure to tell my friends
