History

The Spit-Tunes began as a creation for the 2000 Southern California Comedy Quartet Competition in Riverside, CA. While struggling to learn some songs, they found out that they all loved to make people laugh. Spit-tunes went to the competition and some how had the right amount of pocket change in their possession to bribe the judges of the competition and be awarded first place! Because of a default and the fact that one of the Quartet refused to give the trophy back to the judges, they retain the award! Spit-Tunes has continued to perform, both legally and illegally, at various venues throughout the Southwest. Their latest accomplishment was to be singing for the second time as special guest performers at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. Other venues of note include the Richard Nixon Library, The Muckenthaler Center and the Plummer Theatre in Fullerton, The Riverside Resort and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada and a special guest performance on America's Most Wanted!
