Spirit Works Distilling, awarded Distillery of the Year by ADI in July 2020, was founded in 2012 in Sebastopol, California, the heart of Sonoma County, by husband and wife team Timo and Ashby Marshall, who bring their environmental stewardship to every process. The distillery is a highly respected and award-winning craft spirits producer that meticulously distills and bottles onsite handmade Vodka, Gin, Sloe Gin, Sloe Amaro, Barrel Gin, Barrel Reserve Sloe Gin; its minimum of 4-year-old Straight Wheat, Straight Rye, and Four Grain Bourbon Whiskey.
