So unfortunate that this is the only sperm bank within driving distance we absolutely fell in love with the doctor she's awesome but the front desk receptionist acts annoyed with every question...

Called to inquire about treatments and tests available and insurance questions. Needless to say, we won't be using this clinics services because the receptionist was so rude and uninformed....
