History

Erik Traeger was the Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance in Fresno, CA. When Velocity closed its doors in 2009, Erik opend up his own sports performance training company called SPEED Sports Performance Education, Enhancement & Development, Inc. All of the staff from Velocity Sports Performance joined the staff at SPEED.

Specialties

We specialize in training athletes ages 8 on up to college, professional, and master's level. We teach proper running mechanics and multi-directional movement skills, and strength training techniques to develop the entire athlete. We increase overall athleticism which will improve an athlete's performance in whatever sport they play. Our coaches are the highest educated, experienced, trained, and certified in the Valley.
