Speech SF

History

Founded in 2016, Speech SF is a woman owned and family run business that strives to positively impact families, communities, and speech therapists in San Francisco. We were founded because Katie Weeks believed that pairing in-home, play-based therapy with an exceptional parent experience and straightforward policies would help remove stress from the therapy process for the entire family.

Specialties

Speech SF provides in-home speech and language evaluations and therapy services. We serve families on the north side of San Francisco, including the Richmond District, Laurel Heights, Pacific Heights, Lower Pacific Heights, Presidio, Marina District, Nob Hill and Russian Hill. We specialize in early childhood and preschool speech and language development as well as school age language and reading disorders. This includes children with autism spectrum disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, pragmatic difficulties, articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and language based learning disabilities, including dyslexia.
