Make sure you cancel your service many days before the next billing cycle. These criminals charged me a whole months worth of internet because i missed the billing cycle by 1 day due to some BS 2...

Thinking of switching to satellite tv....most annoying thing ever to be paying nearly $200 a month for tv and pretty much every channel is constantly skipping. Totally not worth it
