18 people waiting in line and there is only 2 counters opened to take care of customers. Snail working speed. We definitely need AI to increase productivity.

Horrible! They only have 2 people working and a sign in list of 13 people hasn't moved once in 30 minutes! Hire more people or offer a drop off of equipment place or something! Ridiculous to have...
