Horrible service, horrible customer service and unreliable. No prorated service have to pay for the whole month , done with spectrum !!!

Service is terrible, some channels don't work half the time. When one of their own commercials comes on the sound goes out which is very ironic. Cell services are awful and cuts out everyday.
