Special Services Community Center
Special Services Community Center (SSCC) is a licensed organization by the Department of Health Care Services, providing Driving Under the Influence (DUI) services across four locations in Fresno County, including Clovis, Kerman, Reedley, and Selma. Founded in May 1995, SSCC offers a range of programs, including Wet Reckless and various First Offender programs, as well as a PC 1000 Drug Diversion program, serving approximately 1,300 participants with a dedicated staff of 32 employees.
