before the mass use of computers and printers, Diana took up a pen and began addressing envelopes in calligraphy for discerning brides. Special Letters sounded like a great name for a business that did fancy lettering. As her clientele spread the word to their friends, Diana began to get requests for calligraphy invitations. People wanted more than just a catalog copy of someone else's invitation. Custom invitation design became a part of Special Letters' offerings. Fast forwarding to today, Special Letters has moved out of the house to a studio and showroom and offers catalog, custom and D-I-Y invitations as well as hand or computer calligraphy to fit your style and budget.
