Special Education Advocate
History
Advocate IEP started in 2017, when my own son needed an IEP and the district was not following the law. As a Special Education teacher with over 10 years of Special Education teaching experience from public schools to charter schools, I decided to leave teaching in the public schools to help families who were also experiencing difficulty in the public school system. I received my Masters in Education Leadership through George Mason University, Autism Certificate through UCLA extension, and am a affiliate with COPAA.
