Update: Went and spoke with someone locally. A driver called me that afternoon and set up my account for me. He let me know that they only deliver where I live once a month. Which is totally fine...

Worst customer service of any company out there. They NEVER deliver on time- they NEVER answer the phone. But.... they expect you to pay your bill on time. As I write this review, I am on hold...

Worst customer service! Was on the phone for an hour and a half from department to department and never got the problem resolved. I'll be looking for other water options.
