I was trained by the ADD Coach Academy and have my ACC certification in coaching. My first career was as a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in chronic pain management.

I specialize in helping adults with ADD and ADHD to live happier and more effective lives. I also specialize in Transformational coaching which goes beyond behavior change to free you from limiting beliefs and connect you to your deep wisdom. I am an expert organizer and can help you with organizing your files and physical space for more ease and effectiveness.
