One of the worst utility companies in history. Pretty sure they've fired all their customer service, and refuse to take accountability for their shit. Honesty 6-8 hour wait times to even speak...

They don't deserve less than one star. A total ripoff to be charging us just under $500/month for being at our vacation home for 5-6 days month. What a joke. They should be ashamed of themselves...
