Southern California Dachshund Relief (SCDR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing needy dachshunds across California, Nevada, and Arizona since 1994. With over 5,000 rescues and a commitment to finding forever homes, SCDR also supports other dogs in need by providing medical care and fostering services.
Run entirely by donations and volunteers, SCDR aims to create a loving environment for rescued dachshunds while educating potential adopters about the joys and responsibilities of dog ownership. Their team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of dogs and their future families.
