Wait times!!! appt arrivals aren't respected. If a customer has a confirmed appt all should be ready upon appointment! Customer shouldn't have to wait for technician to get everything ready!...

Would not recommend coming here at all. I took my dog here a few months ago due to him limping, I was told it might've been a broken bone and was suggested an x-ray which altogether costed $800....
