The Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of youth fitness and after-school programs. It features a swimming pool, child watch center, fully equipped fitness and cardiovascular centers, locker rooms, and multipurpose, group exercise and cycling rooms. The organization offers various fitness activities, such as aerobics, cardio kickboxing, yoga, gymnastics, cycling and abs classes, karate, and muscle conditioning and stretching. The Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA features a fitness center that is equipped with lifecycles, treadmills, strength equipment and free weights. Its stretch room is equipped with fit balls, abdominal machines, medicine balls and floor mats. The organization is located in Los Angeles, and is owned and operated by the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.
