The pods they recommended are great for speed and to get good internet into a room in my house that could never get it for whatver reason. I'm still happy with their fix !

Horrible internet connection. Especially true after business hours and weekends when office is closed. Tech service after hours has no way to assist customer resolve problems. More expensive than...

Internet constantly going offline all hours of the day and night. Customer service pretty rudimentary (unplug PPOE, restart router). Usually resolved by moving us to another "channel".

Internet randomly goes down during the day, sometimes for hours at a time. NOT GOOD SERVICE.
