This park is adjacent to the Levee Trail, which is also known as the San Francisco Bay Trail. I didn't see any drinking faucets, but perhaps there are some there. There are also two outhouses....

Nice park but very limited parking, not because there are too many cars or too few spaces but because all the available spots are zoned as "no parking". Welcome to the neighborhood!
