FIX YOUR MACHINES. The payment terninal on the otay exit has been broken going south bound for at least a month. Its ridiculous.

Trashy. Useless will do anything for money pretty pathetic, got on the highway for a sec to merge to another road , then was charged 40 bucks , yea these guys are trash
