South Bay Children's Health Center

Established in 1947, the South Bay Children's Health Center, also known as SBCHC, is a nonprofit health care organization. It provides outpatient dental, vision, hearing and diagnostic treatment services. The organization serves children from low- and moderate-income families who study in kindergarten through grade eight. The South Bay Children's Health Center offers a school-based dental diagnostic screening program that serves more than 12,000 children each year. The organization also operates diagnostic hearing and vision clinics. Its South Bay Child Guidance Clinic provides psychotherapy treatment services for children with emotional and behavioral problems. The South Bay Children's Health Center is located in Redondo Beach, Calif.
