History

Elise Badone opened SoulFit after being a trainer in North County for several years. She saw a need for a one stop shop in personal health and fitness. Having a fitness and kinesiotherapy background, she became well-known in the community. She surrounded herself with other commited, well educated trainers and found Muscle Activation Techniques, later becoming certified in 2007 and became a Master Specialist in 2014. People go to SoulFit that want to improve their performance and reach their goals. SoulFit has high caliber fitness professionals that are part of an amazing team.
