I am more in love with fitness, yoga, gymnastics and strength training than I was 7 years ago.SpecialtiesI am an independent Personal Trainer, based within S10Fitness's one-of-a-kind personal training facility in Point Loma. Here, we focus on corrective exercise, strength training and overall athleticism on a client need-by-need basis.
